What does it mean that it's a beta?
Joining the beta means being part of the first batch of real plantcare. users.
The product is at a very advanced and functional stage, but it may still receive design,
materials, electronics, firmware or app adjustments before its final version.
The delivered model may not exactly match the final product. During this phase,
we'll provide constant support and help as much as possible, answer questions and gather feedback
to keep improving the experience before the official launch.
What does the price include?
The price shown is the final price for this beta phase. It includes the plantcare. kit, 18650 battery,
mainland shipping, free app access and Spain VAT applied at 21%.
What exactly does the pack include?
POGO STEMMA sensor, water pump, plantcore —PCB + ESP32-C3—,
LED ring, wiring and screws, water filter, 18650 battery 2850mAh and 10A,
and free app access during the beta.
Which battery is included?
The pack includes a 18650 battery 2850mAh and 10A, enough to start using plantcare.
If you need to replace it in the future, we'll suggest compatible models and usage recommendations.
When will the beta kits ship?
The kits will start shipping over the coming month, in batches.
What do I need to assemble the maker kit?
You'll need a soldering iron to fit M3 insert threads, plus H2.5 and T5H screwdrivers.
To replicate the finish as faithfully as possible, when you select the maker kit you'll see the
recommended materials that I use to make the planter.
What is the returns policy?
As this is a first beta batch manufactured and prepared to order, once the payment is confirmed in the
next phase no cancellations, returns or refunds for change of mind will be accepted.
If the product has a functional issue not caused by incorrect assembly, improper handling,
unauthorised modification, inadequate use or accidental damage, we'll review the case and offer the support
needed to resolve it. Where applicable, repair, replacement or the most suitable solution will be considered.
This policy does not limit the legal rights the buyer may have in case of lack of conformity of the product.
