These terms govern the price, payment, delivery and returns of plantcare. product orders, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
Price and taxes
The price shown at checkout is the final price of the product and includes the applicable taxes, such as VAT, as well as standard shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product contents
The contents of each order —components, materials and accessories— depend on the configuration or kit selected, which may change over time. The details of what each option includes are shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order.
Payment and shipping
Payment is made by bank transfer. After confirming the order, the payment details and order number are provided. Units are prepared and shipped progressively, in order of confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
The product is manufactured and prepared to order according to the configuration chosen by the buyer. For this reason, under Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal is excluded, so once payment is confirmed no cancellations or returns for change of mind are accepted.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in consumer protection law. In the event of a functional defect not caused by incorrect assembly, improper handling, unauthorised modification, inadequate use or accidental damage, the case will be reviewed and a repair, replacement or other appropriate solution will be offered. This guarantee does not limit the buyer's statutory rights.
